11 Weeks

10 Weeks

OK, we are out of printer paper, so I can't make my sign but here are some pics of Brett during the past week. I can't believe he is 10 weeks old already! We went in for his 2 month check up last week and he weighed 13 pounds 6 ounces (82nd percentile) and was 21 inches long (32nd percentile)! He is smiling and starting to coo more and more. It's so fun to see his little personality start to come out. We have started to put him in his crib instead of his bassinet because he was getting too big for the bassinet! When he would move, the entire thing would shake! He is doing well and I have included a picture of him in his crib, although he looks a little scared, he seems to like it. He has been waking up only once at night, so that has been great.

Buddies

My friend, Sarah, brought her little boy Grady over yesterday. Grady and Brett are just a few weeks apart. I have a feeling these guys are going to be buddies!

Good times with a great friend

Kristen is one of my very best friends. She is the kind of friend I can call and tell her anything and she doesn't judge, she always encourages. Everyone should have just one friend like her. She's the best! We had a nice day today visiting. We went to lunch at the bagel brothers and then walked around Capitol lake....best of all we talked and talked. Here are some pictures of Brett from this week (he was 9 weeks yesterday) and some pictures of Brett and "Auntie K."

Play Date

My friends Kira and Jacqueline have babies around the same age as Brett. Kira's son, Owen is seven weeks older and Jacqueline's daughter Annabeth is 6 weeks older. When the three of us were pregnant, we spent many Saturdays walking around Capitol lake. We started early on in our pregnancies so to go from that to taking pictures of these three little bundles, is really amazing!

Today was fun, we sat around and did what we do ... nurse, change diapers, you know stuff like that. The fun part was, we were doing it with company! We are excited to try baby yoga with them next week!
